Creating new invoices are very simple. In your dashboard click on "Create New Invoice" or from the main navigation select "Create an Invoice" option.
  1. Select the Date for the Invoice
  2. Select a Due Date
  3. Insert a customer from the list or add a new one on the fly
  4. Add service items. System automatically inserts the service item with pricing.
  5. Once you are done adding service items either save the invoice or click email invoice option to send it to your customer

PCI Compliant

Accepting Credit cards online requires you to be compliant with PCI (Payment Card Industry). From July 2010 on you will no longer be able to process credit cards if you are not compliant with PCI rules. Rapid- Billing is fully PCI compliant, so you can safely manage your customer info without storing Credit Card information in the server.

We’ve partnered with Authorize.net to be able to save your customer profiles in Authorize.net’s PCI Certified systems. For a low monthly fee (to Authorize.net) now you can manage your customers sensitive information and safely store in their servers. We’ve created the API for this and you do not need to worry about any integration. Simply subscribe to their service and you are all set. Your customers can manage up to 10 different profiles in the system. This will allow you to speed-up getting paid. If one Credit Card is failed, the next one will be processed.

  1. Type a short name for the service
  2. Write a description for the item
  3. Set a price

  5. And save. You are done. Now you can use this item over and over again while creating new invoices.

You do not have to start your invoice numbers from 1. Set a starting number and even a prefix in front of the number. Rapid-Billing will keep track of it and assign a new number as you continue creating invoices.

Would you like to be able to send your invoices via snail mail? No worries, go to “Open Invoices” Or “Invoice Reports” section. Select the invoices you would like to print. Rapid-Billing will combine all invoices into a PDF document where you can print them all at once. Simply print, stuff them in envelopes and you’re done.

Rapid-Billing will allow you to export all your invoices and customer statements into excel. Simply generate a report and click on "Export to Excel" button. So you are not locked down to Rapid-Billing. You can take your data with you if you decide to discontinue the service.
